Answers
A1) What is the Lead Time?
Lead time is often referred to as 'turnaround'.
It basically means how long the job will take us. We aim to turn
most jobs around within 2-3 weeks, the majority are well within
this time. If a job is urgent please ask and we will endeavour to
meet your request, but as with any production process it is not
possible to guarantee every request.
Standard Lead Times
The lead time on most items is 2-3 weeks from approval of artwork.
Higher lead times will apply to laser engraved pens.
Christmas Lead Times
Lead time up till chrismas are usualy longer due to a high influx
of work over this period. We advise all our customers to order as
early as possible for the fesitive event to make a very merry christmas
otherwise your product may not arrive in time. We recommend that
you start placing your orders in late september to avoid the rush.
Express Lead Times
If an order is urgent (i.e. less than two weeks) why not use our
express service. Contact our sales office by telephone, we will
agree an early dispatch date with you for your order subject to
availability and at additional cost.

A2) What is a screen and why
is there a screen charge?
The screen is a stencil which is made to your
exact design, the ink is transferred through the stencil directly
onto the product to be printed. As everyones design is unique a
new screen must be made for each new order. This is what you are
paying for in the screen charge.

orderform?
Our order form can be obtained here.
A11) Why can I not order my printed products online?
There are many factors involved in the printing
process, it is just not possible to account for all of them online.
You maye end up with the wrong product/print, or the product may
not be in stock at that time. It is much better to converse
with a member of our sales team so we can provide the best product
for you. |
